The Journey Begins!!!

Ok Y'all, were heading for an adventure!!! You know when you go to the doc, you want good feed back, but sometimes that isn't always the case. Well, I was just diagnosed a pre-diabetic. Had to have an biopsy for Uterine Cancer, waiting for results. With all that said, that brings us to my journey. My doc says I have to change my life style! Venturing out to change the way I eat. Pretty good start so far!! I will be posting different recipes and advice for losing weight, along with ways to save money and eat on a budget. It will be quite the adventure!!!!
